What is PowerGen International’s return policy?
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories intact.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
When will my refund be processed?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Can I exchange a battery or backup system?
Exchanges are subject to product availability and compatibility. If an exchange is not possible, you may return the item and place a new order.
What should I do if my battery or backup system arrives damaged?
Please notify PowerGen International within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund based on stock availability.
